CommuniTea Women's Gatherings
SUMMER SERIES
Join us in the backyard of Core 4 Healing and Wellness for monthly women-'only tea party gatherings hosted by Psychotherapist, Alexandra Becker Ostrow, and Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, Dr. Julia Smeltz.
Starting in June, come sip tea and dine on tea party fare under twinkling fairy lights as we explore the first 4 chakras, their corresponding elements, and their deep connection to our mental and physical well-being.

Full Moon Sound Bath with Moe Jerant
Join us in the backyard of Core 4 Healing and Wellness for a Full Moon Sound Bath experience led by local sound musician, Moe Jerant.
Sound is a powerful modality that can calm the nervous system, increase elation, decrease pain, improve sleep, improve mood, and bring you into more awareness of your body.

Reiki Information Event with Maureen Petro
Join us in the lobby of Core 4 Healing and Wellness for an information session with Reiki Master, Maureen Petro, to discover the benefits of this Japanese modality for creating mental clarity and peace of mind.
Reiki is ideal for many of our clients at Core 4 including Prenatal and Postpartum mothers, those wading through the stress of a fertility journey, and those looking to heal from pelvic health dysfunction by tapping in to their parasympathetic nervous system to foster healing, rest, digestion, and release.

Local Birth Worker Night
Calling in all Midwives, Birth Doulas, and Postpartum Doulas serving clients in the Lehigh Valley!
As a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who specializes in working with clients who are pregnant and postpartum, I recommend that ALL of my clients explore working with local birth workers to significantly improve their birth outcomes. While I have had the opportunity to chat with many our local birth workers over the phone, messenger, and text, I would love to meet you in person to strengthen our referral bonds and to discuss how to improve maternal care in the Lehigh Valley together!
Our intentions for the night are:
* To meet and network together, solidifying our concerted effort to increase quality maternal care in our community
* To provide a brief introduction to my work as a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, and why every pregnant person should have access to having a Pelvic Health Therapist
*To discuss our idea for a Birth Worker Spring Series where we can highlight the great work each of you are doing in our community, and create more community awareness around birth support options

In this in person workshop, you will learn all about your baby's digestive system and how you can support healthy digestion through gentle movement and massage. We will discuss common symptoms of colic and reflux and ways to work with your babies natural system to decrease pain and discomfort. We will practice baby massage strokes and guided movements that can be incorporated into your existing daily activities for a happy relaxed baby.
*BABIES WELCOME TO ATTEND!!! This event is suitable for babies 6 weeks to PRE-crawling.*

Join us for a curated night and wine and candid conversation about Pelvic Health!
In a world bursting at the seems with misinformation, when it comes to our pelvic health and wellness we deserve to have answers from a trusted source.
The purpose of this event is to provide a safe and comfortable space to break down taboos surrounding our bodies and engage in open conversation (over a glass of wine!).
Wine will be provided. Guests are encouraged to come with pelvic health questions that can be asked anonymously. Discussion, laughter, and fun will then ensue!

The Sex Life Summit
Join us for our first collaborative LIVE event of the new year - The Sex Life Summit! This virtual event will feature keynote speakers that include 3 Pelvic PTs, a Period Coach, and a Behavioral Neuroscientist all looking at the physiology, treatments, and impacts of pain with S3X.
I'm super stoked to have been asked to be one of the speakers at this event! I'll be speaking on the science of pain and how to unravel the pain narratives that our body may create around S3X! It will be a super fun time and I hope you come so we can hang out and learn together!
