Myofascial Release Massage Therapy

Myofascial release is a gentle, extremely powerful therapy that encourages the body to release stored tension and memories from injuries, abuse, traumatic birth stories, and even our own births. 

Even if your brain is "over" the things that have happened to you, your body still remembers. These "body memories" can show up as physical symptoms, creating pain, posture deficits, and tight tissues that restrict healthy blood flow.

Dr. Julia is a John Barnes trained myofascial release therapist, trained in external and internal techniques. Myofascial release is a powerful self-care tool that your body craves consistently. We recommend monthly treatments. (Fun Fact: Dr. Julia receives myofascial release treatment monthly, as well!)

As a Certified Breast Health Specialist trained in therapeutic breast massage and the art of kinesio tape to help parents increase their milk supply, I know that physiological factors are just one of the drivers that can be impacting milk supply.

That is why I am teaming up with Certified Lactation Counselor, Ronee Welch! Ronee is well-versed in herbal supplementation and finding the drivers of low milk supply within client's medical histories.

Together, we help parents not only increase their supply but ensure they understand possible root causes of their supply issues and other ways to help rectify them.

Amino Neuro Frequency (ANF) Therapy

Literally known as the therapy to use "when nothing else helps," ANF therapy includes over 80 wearable discs, each charged with their own unique frequency. Combining the different discs allows us to normalize and optimize body functions (nerves, muscles, organs, lymphatic system, and hormonal production).
