Alexandra is a a firm believer that we are all carriers of deep, complex life stories. These stories build and shape our inner worlds and can be both elevating and/or burdensome to us. They build our reality and how we place ourselves within it.
 
As a licensed clinical social worker, Alexandra's work focuses on helping her clients interact with their stories, organize their habits, and shape the mental patterns that they are functioning within. Together, they work to make certain these stories are in alignment with the life they want to build for themselves. Alexandra's approach to mental health care focuses on the mind-body connection, and a deep emphasis on both thought and bodily sensation awareness.

Dr. Julia Smeltz began her journey as a Physical Therapist immediately out of the womb (seriously!). Growing up in rural Central PA, Julia's mother owned and operated her own physical therapy clinic which became a second home for Julia and ignited her passion to pursue the profession and serve others. 

Dr. Julia brings a holistic and integrative approach to help her clients find true healing and empowerment. She believes that no one was ever meant to travel their journey towards healing alone and is honored to walk beside each of her clients on their healing journeys to embrace hope and freedom!

Core 4 Healing and Wellness was originally conceived in Chattanooga, TN as a response to the need for in-home pelvic health services for new mothers within the community. Dr. Julia has returned to her northern roots to offer a new experience of quality healthcare for the Lehigh Valley!
